Organic Chinese Red & White (Artichoke) Beautiful bulb. It has fat cloves that can be striped or solid depending on soil type. Eaten raw, it has a nice mellow flavor that is best described as a "solid" garlic flavor - described best as what comes to mind when you think of "good garlic," it has almost a buttery taste to it and a pleasant mild aftertaste. It stores for at least 4 to 5 months. Averages 8 cloves per bulb.
